Technical issues, server maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events may temporarily disrupt service availability. remi62 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of remi62 services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose.
